What is the returns policy?

As all orders are made to the customer’s own specifications, returns will not be accepted except in the unlikely event of a fault with the product or if it is not as described. For any aftercare issues, please call our dedicated furniture customer services team on 0333 014 8404

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, amendments and cancellations are not accepted once your order has been submitted.

How long will. my order take to arrive?

You made to order product will be made and despatched within 10 working days and is sent out by a next day delivery courier.

Swatches will be posted out the next working day by second class post

Can I choose a delivery date?

I’m sorry but this is not possible

Will I be able to track my order?

All parcels are delivered by a courier with next working day delivery and a tracking number is generated once your parcel has been dispatched. The lead time for each order is 10 working days.

Do I need to sign for delivery?

Yes, the parcel should be signed for. If you are not available at the time of delivery, a card with contact details will be left at your chosen address for you to arrange an alternative delivery time.

Will I earn Sparks?

I’m sorry but Sparks points are not earned on Made to Measure curtains and blinds.

Do you supply rails and tracks?

Unfortunately, we do not currently supply rails or tracks so you will need to purchase your own hardware. Please see our How to Measure guides to help you to order the correct size curtains or blinds for your hardware.

Can I order fabric swatches?

You most certainly can! You may order up to 6 swatches for free. Should you like more then they cost 50p each. Just use promo code SWATCH in the basket to receive your swatch discount.

Can I collect swatches from store?

I’m afraid not – though you are welcome to order them on here. Postage is free and you can get the first 6 swatches for free too!

Which heading should I choose?

We offer the following three headings for you to choose from:

  • Pencil pleats are classic, uniform pleats which add fullness to your curtains
  • Pinch pleats add sophistication and are available to order with matching fabric-covered buttons
  • Eyelets require a curtain pole and are available in six colours to match your decor and hardware: old copper, satin silver, brass, old gold, nickel and gunmetal
Why should I purchase lining for my curtains?

Lining is a recommended addition to your curtains as it will protect the fabric from sunlight and improve insulation in your home to combat colder weather.

Which type of lining should I choose?

We offer a range of linings suitable for different specifications. For colder rooms such as hallways and conservatories, thermal lining would be ideal as it is specially coated to retain heat and keep out the cold. For bedrooms, blackout lining is recommended as it is specially coated to block out light.

  • Cotton twill – 50% cotton, 50% polyester
  • Solprufe – 100% cotton with a super-smooth finish
  • Blackout – 70% polyester, 30% cotton. This lining is specially coated to block out light
    Thermal – 52% polyester, 48% cotton. This lining is specially coated to retain heat and keep out the cold
  • Thinsulate – This lightweight sateen twill has a unique microfibre layer that retains heat well

When purchasing fabric can I order specific measurements such as 3.2m?

Fabric by the metre is priced and sold by the full metre, so you would need to order the next whole metre.

If I order 2 or more metres of fabric will it be cut individually?

No, fabric by the metre is supplied as continuous rolls and will be cut to the full length that you requested. If you add 15 quantities of a fabric to your basket, this will be sent as a single 15m roll.
